Hi can I have a private post for a friend .. earlier today my daughter who is 10 months managed to find a 5p and put it in her mouth.. she was right beside me playing with her teddys and I was putting away laundry.. literally had my eyes off her for no longer than 1 minute.. she was lying on the floor, still conscious but looked strange so I immediately picked her up and she seemed like she was struggling to make any noise, I realised she was choking, I did the (The Heimlich Maneuver) on her and the 5p came shooting out! She was a bit upset after and wanted cuddles but went back to her usual self, crawling and babbling away! But my mum has got me worried and is asking if she is okay and if she seems normal.. she’s sound asleep in her cot at the mo, but should I be taking her to doctors or anything to have her checked over? X
