Hi can I have a private post please, may be a bit winded and sorry for that, so my children age 9 and 10 have decided they do not want to go to their dad’s this weekend which is OK I will message him Friday morning and tell him, he usually picks up the children from the school I have told the school but am worried he is going to kick off he is known for this, I have spoken to social worker and she has said it’s up to them and that I feel it’s safer for them to stay with me I can keep them with me, reason they do not want to go is because he was driving fast over 100mph which made the 10 year old sick he is a very sensitive boy, I’m just wondering if there is anything I have to do, no bashing please I want to keep my children safe I have rang police in his driving before as he was driving with no mot and no tax and all they did was send him a letter in the post. There has been previous issues. He did not have the children when was driving with no mot or untaxed.
