Hi can I have a private post please.
My daughter has recently started reception and has had an ongoing issue with a little boy in her class who has been biting/pinching/hitting her.. I have had several meetings with the teachers and although theyre trying to keep them separated things are still happening.
Yesterday I was informed that my daughter was punched in the stomach by this little boy. This morning i seen his dad and had a word, it wasnt heated and he seemed to have been quite ashamed of his sons actions..
I am just thinking back about it and wondering if i did the right thing? If the school will be unhappy with my approach? He was completely unaware of the situation and said his sons acting that way at home too!
