Hi can I have a private post please on either page xx ..

I have a 16 month old daughter and recently she has been struggling to sleep. She has always been a pretty good sleeper but lately she doesn’t seem to want to go to sleep either nap or bedtime – particularly with me. She usually has an hour nap at 1 and then bedtime is at 7 til around 7am. She has never been able to just go in her cot and go to bed despite trying countless times she shared a room with her brother too (8) so that’s difficult.
She would normally have a bottle and a cuddle and drift off but she just looks at me sometimes she will cry and cry but mostly she is just watching me and doesn’t want to sleep and hardly touches her milk (she’s never been a big drinker) if her dad takes her she screams but was sleeping for him but even that is a struggle now.

She dropped down to one day time nap at 1 could it be that she is outgrowing her day nap already?? I’m really unsure what to do but I’m really struggling I’m finding it hard that she won’t sleep with me particularly as I am the one that is with her the most. Sometimes i can see how tired she is but she just isn’t Interested in actually falling asleep we have a consistent bed time routine. Please help xxx
