Hi can I have a private post please 🙂
So I have my smear booked for Monday and all I can think about is seeing my friend after she had hers a few years ago, she was bright red, covered in sweat and looked like she seen a ghost! I know it’s important and tbh I’ve been putting it off since September, my boyfriend has begged me to make an appointment and I promised him I will go but I’m so worried about how it will feel after seeing her in that state. I’ve had 3 kids so should be a breeze but I just can’t shake that image of her. I’m so scared when it comes to the doctors and I’m one of those people that puts stuff off but I know this is important so will definitely be going, can anyone explain what they do? If it hurts? Thanks
