Has anyone gotten pregnant after having their tubes clamped???

I was sterilised after my 3rd csection a year ago. It was a decision I thought long and hard about and it was right for me & my partner. I have recently been feeling exhausted, tired day in day out, sore heads ect but put it down to stress. For the last week I have felt sick almost everyday. My partner jokingly said ‘maybe your pregnant’ and it got me thinking.. so I took a test! And to me there is a very very faint line!! I am absolutely terrified. Any advice would be great ladies!! Has this ever happened to anyone else?? 😞xx
