Hi can I have a private post please x

I just change my 11 month old nappy and he’s willy is a little swolen and it looks like it’s gotten longer i cant explain it but its like if I wanted to I wouldn’t be able to pull the foreskin back? I’m currently on hold to the doctors for 25minutes😩 has any ones little ones had this and should I be worried sorry if it don’t make much sense xx
