Hi can I have a private post please?
My daughter is nearly 6. we are really struggling to get her dry at night she wears night time pants. She doesn’t wee every night but often enough that it would ruin her matters have tried waterproof sheets etc but she moves in her sleep so much they rip.
Also she has a lot of accidents where she goes to the toilet when she is really desperate and doesn’t make it in time. I have spoken to her and said that she needs to go to the toilet when she first feels like she needs go and she says she doesn’t know till she is desperate. Also she doesn’t wipe properly still sometimes not at all and she doesn’t always sit on the seat properly so she wets her clothes. She came home from school the other day smelling of wee and I explained to her that she needs to wipe otherwise she might get picked on cause she smells of wee and that she won’t be sore all the time if she wipes. No bashing please as i do not tell her off just asking for advise from other mum’s that might have been in this situation. I just don’t want her to be bullied or constantly sore because of it.
