Hi can I ppp
Hi I took a bmi test and was very surprised it said I was obese 😫 I’m 18 4″6 and about 131 pounds, to look at me I don’t look too big (apparently) I see myself as a whale but that’s just me, I had quite a rough childhood with medical problems and that’s where the (belly flab) started from hormone injections at 6 years old, I don’t eat a lot and don’t eat sweety. Chocolate and that, I go to the gym as regular as I can which can be hard because I have diabetes (inherited) so I’m sometimes too low or too high to go, any ideas what I could do as it’s really getting me down 😞 pic of me in comments
