Hi can u have a private post please. Nbr but I need some advice on where to go really. So my partner has Tourette’s, ADHD and OCD but has always managed to work despite his daily struggles. Where he works his been subjected to awful behaviour his boss calling him brain dead a useless **** and retarded all due to the fact sometimes he asks more than once what he was ment to be doing (especially when it’s multiple tasks) so after about 9 months of this treatment we followed the Acas guidelines and made a formal complaint, my partner didn’t want him sacked as well he didn’t even wanna make the complaint but was gettin beyond a joke… anyway they spoke to him that’s it he wasn’t made to apologise etc but behaviour stopped for 2 weeks, so Saturday just gone they was all leaving work, his boss cuts him up on his left (he drives a long wheel based sprinter) my partner pulls out and almost hits his boss’ vehicle, where his boss gets out and try’s to pull my partner through his window ragging him around. First thing Monday he made a complaint to HR as this is taking the piss they have phoned him today saying cctv is unavailable and his saying it went this way so u could be charged with driving without due care as attention!!! There was 3 witnesses but they won’t talk to them. Basically what can we do?? it’s gettin to a point where he never wants to work again. I’m so proud of him thou for not allowing his daily struggles affect our lives but when his got someone constantly puttin him down and there being no consequences his gettin depressed believing there’s something really wrong with him. It makes me so angry I’m starting to think we need to speak to a solicitor 😢 what do you guys think?? Sorry for long post xxxx
