Hi can u put a post up it not about baby but I need some advice

I got low belly ache and headache I feel dizzy I cant eat or drink any think at all I been to the doctors there put me on some pill but there are not working in in so pain and I can sit Down but it is really painful to because of the tummy pain and all that
