Hi could I have a post please?
So I am really struggling g with my 5 year old son’s behaviour. He always seems so angry and it gets the better of him. His school are putting in a referral for an assessment to be done on him but has anyone got any tips on how to calm him/things I could do or try? He hurts people he breaks things. He kicked a door off its hinges! It’s very stressful and hard and I feel like I’m failing him. Thanks

Try taking his attention away from the situation whats making him lash out give him hos favourite toy or put is favourite programme on l no how hard its is i have a 5 yr old with asd and its a constant battle everyday with his anger if u can figure out whats trigging it it will be much easier x
