Hi could i have a pp please

My son was sick thursday evening been of his milk since got worse by friday hi temp nit drinking at all etc went doctors said he had tonsalitous gave me antibitics for him if he got worse go back after spending 4hours in ane to be seen they said the rash that he has disapears so there not worried about that if he stops drinking go back . Fast forward to today hes drinking water and has had maybr 2 full bottles milk but the rash is still there ang1 no what it could be will be goig back to docs tmoro just looking for aduve tia pic attaced
