Hi could I have a private message please

Not baby related but…. don’t know where to start this is about me and my dad (so baby related am just a big baby )today he had made me so upset with myself as a parent the way he talks down to me undermines my parenting (I have 3 kids) 2 of which stay in his household am going to shorten it a bit my dad was in the fire brigade for 22 years he has ptsd and depression
Well what I really want to talk about is my dad’s behaviour he’s really not nice the way he talks to me or my mum (they have been married 28 years ) my dad shouts and swears and just seems to be an angry person anyway back to me what’s concerning me I see him coming out in me more and more shouting all the time I just can’t hold it in (booking a doctor’s appointment tomorrow ) how do I stop him projecting thur me I don’t know if this is even the right place it’s just it’s been 28 years old my life he even ruined Xmas with his moods sorry about the long post just needed to vent oh and just in case anyone says go to family conciling his response was will i f$ck 😞 thank u x
