Hi could I have a private post please . Just looking for advice/opinions. My ex bene having the kids every weekend and sometimes Wednesday evening . He was living local to me, but recently he has moved 40 mins away. Last weekend I met him ten mins away from his town so he could see the kids as he said he had no fuel, I offered to do this otherwise he wouldn’t of been able to see the kids that weekend. I told him this weekend that if he doesn’t give me his new address he can’t have the kids, I wouldn’t know where they are incase of an emergency or if he decides not to give them back I wouldn’t have a clue where to look. He’s refusing to tell me so I have kept the kids this weekend . He has sent me a lot of abusive messages to me and has got his mum to contact my mum and I have seen these messages and it’s full of lies to make me look bad. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable in asking for his address, I have offered my address in return but he doesnt want it . He’s not happy in living with my boyfriend . I have even given him money so he could feed the kids when he has them and gone out at 8am to get nappies for him to drop at his house because he didn’t have any and the youngest has done a poo and he couldn’t leave the house to get some , but he told his mum I’m trying to stop him from seeing them all the time . He’s mentioned a solicitor so now worried he’s going to try and take them from me . Also at the start of the break up he was aggressive towards me n a few occasions and this was reported to the police . Do you think I’m being unfair? Thanks
