Hi could I please have a pp.
I’m 34 weeks pregnant with baby number 2. My first birth wasn’t the greatest I had a forceps and was left with a prolapse of my vaginal walls, cervix, bladder and rectum. Iv been given the option for a c section because of my horrible birth last time. I did get pregnant again fairly quickly and my daughter will only be 17 mths old when the new baby comes along. I’m really scared of having a c section because I hear the recovery is awful. Can I hear other mummy’s stories of having a c section with a very young toddler and if they managed to heal up ok? The consultant suggested that because my daughter will only be 17mths and I don’t have anyone to help me my recovery might not go smoothly, so I’m considering vaginal birth but am just so confused. Please don’t hesitate to share horror stories I need to hear the real truth and mentally prepare myself xx thank you
