Hi i have a problem with my ex he want to take our daughter weekends over his but when i asked him to let me know which weekends he will have her so i can change my off duty (i am working weekends my son is looking after her) he said i will have her when i am off can’t be the same days it will depend on my days off 😞 i found this very unfair because I’m unable to organise my private life and I don’t know what to do with my weekends, any advice please

i would quiet your job and find one that you work 4 or 5 hours a day but you get the week ends off and if your daughter’s old enough to go to primary school take her there before work
