Hi, I’ve noticed some lumps in my left breast they are so small.

I’ve noticed they are on both the sides, they feel like kidney bean size. Also today I woke up with some swelling in my arm pit on the same side.

Can someone give me some advice? I’m very nervous about going to the doctors, especially getting undressed in front of anyone. This is why I haven’t gone?

I think I’m want some reassurance, any one had this experience? Could they be cysts?
