Hi please may i have a private post? Unfortunately social services are involved with me as a domestic violence incident happened a few months ago. I currently have a very happy and healthy 2 year old and im currently 30 weeks pregnant. Of course a pre birth assessment will be done but someones just told me i may need to move into a mother and baby unit when babys born? is this true? I have a stable home as it is. Has anyone been through this before? social have said that i am a good parents so i just dont understand why id need to move into a mother and baby unit. Positive stories please? Crapping myself now.

No not at all, they would only do that if they had real concerns about your ability to look after and protect your children and would also need to go thocourt just be honest and open with them
If you have a stable, safe home there’s no reason they’d move you. Good luck
