Hi ppp.
My little boy (3) has a bug, any food or water he has, it goes straight through him. He’s so sore he didn’t want me to wipe his bum. What’s best to help soothe ? Thank you x

Metanium cream for his bum things like hard boiked/scramble eggs on toast and bananas for food as it helps bind u up , n instead of wiping him stand him in bath n wash the poo off with jugs of cool water n pat dry with a soft cotton towel xx
Buy some metanium the yellow one, it’s medicated so will clear up any soreness straight away it’s amazing I use it on my lg when she’s sore, it clears up within a day x
Maybe some sudocrem or something. When my little ones have had it I’ve showered their bottoms rather than wiping to stop the soreness.
Brat diet and a good soak in the tub with baking soda to help his bum
try a layer of vasaline it should help stop it stinging when hes having a wee x
