Hi I’d like some advice please

My little girl has the runs had it for 2 days now
She looks Pail
She 23 mnths old
Is there anything I could give her to help stop the runs

She refuses to eat
And drink

Iv tryed to give her water thru a clean seringe but she only managed two little drops nd refuses to take any more

I’m going to take her to see the doc in moring see what they say

But was wondering what I could do between now then

Her little butt bright red nd very hot in fact it’s more like on fire and there’s a nasty stench coming from her she been in the bath nd it’s still there on her the stench

Gosh I hate seeing my baby girl like this

This is so not like her being so poorly
