I’m really hoping you can help I don’t want to post on the main wall because I have an extremely judgemental family
My doctor has upped my dose of sertraline to 100mg and has put me on propananol for my anxiety but I was given them over the phone in a fleeting conversation and I’m worried now because I don’t understand when and how to take them correctly
Do I take them daily (the pack says up to 3 times daily) so do I take them before a situation that would trigger my attacks, how quickly do they start working ?
I take multiple medications and I’m really panicking about starting another and not knowing when to take them
My doctor is very rude and makes me feel like I bother her tbh so don’t want to phone her
