Hi, wondering if anyone can help or advise on how my partner goes about seeing his daughter… Mother is stopping him out of spite and claiming that Social have said he can’t see the child (We’ve checked this and they’ve not said anything). His currently married to her and is on the child’s birth certificate.
He has another older child (from someone else) and can have her whenever he wants to.
His not on benefits so can’t get funding or anything, how much are we currently looking at it costing so we can save x
