Hiya can I have a post please. Need advice

I had bled for 2 days last month but wasn’t a normal period at all was like little spots and I took a test and said positive then took another 2 and said negative

But this 3 and half weeks my stomach is sore and is very hard and I’m vomiting nausea my breasts are really sore and they have gone dark also my stomach has got bigger

I’ve got an appointment at drs on Thursday

Does anyone no what this is or what to suggest for me to do I’ve never had this before
