How do you ladies get over jealousy?

I have this AMAZING partner! I can’t fault him! I suffer with anxiety and he’s brilliant with me! We have been together two years with a couple months split up due to me and my problems… we are now better than ever! My issue is jealousy, my partner doesn’t feel comfortable talking to me, so has quite a few female friends which I have finally accepted (I have issues!) he works with quite a lot of females and has befriended them (he moved from his home town and has no one he knows where I live) I want this man to have everything because he truly deserves it, I know 100% he would never cheat but I just can’t shake this feeling of jealousy! I think it’s because he works with them has them on social media and they have been inviting him out but he’s been saying no because of me 😔 I want what’s best for him and said to split as I think I’d ruin him, he doesn’t think that, and thinks I’m strong enough to over come the green eyed monster (I really want to) I love this man to pieces! And need to change for him but I don’t know how! So sorry for long post ladies, but can anyone fix me please?? How do I get over jealousy? TIA 😘
