Hiya can u post this please I having trouble getting my 1 year old to sleep at night he doesn’t even sleep during the day and he hasn’t had a good nights sleep for about four months and haven’t as well am at my wits end with xx

My little girl went through a long stage of this. But it was partly because we were co sleeping. I changed and put her to sleep in her bedroom using several different methods and the only one that worked was the cry it out method. Lasted about a week or two with all methods and honestly was the best thing I did. x
