Hiya could i please have a pp on one of your pages because i cant have my name coming up anywhere. Really need some help and advice! Me and my partner both work full time, i really want to quit my job asap as i am being treated so so awful there, i cant even explain and i cant get help as its the owners/managers causing me issues! This has been going on since i went for a job interview back in december. They like turned. Anyway i was going to hand in my notice tomorrow as after childcare and petrol (80 mins travelling a day) i earn £20!!!! For being at work 7hrs 30mins plus 80 mins travelling! So i get that much and get treated terribly! Anyway tax creds say that i wouldnt be entitled to help if i quit as they will go by my april 2016 to april 2017 earnings. But they are quick to take money off us when my partner gets a payrise 😂 is this true because surely if circumstances chaned id be entitled to help?! Really need to quit but i have a house and a child i cant just not have money!! Someone please help sat here crying after today 😭 and there is no one at work to turn to for help xxx

You can give them this year’s earnings just need to speak to someone who knows the system. I did it last year, and thankfully spoke to a person who knew what I was talking about xx
So you should get somthing best way to check is just do the calculator on what you would be getting when you are not working you will get s rough idea of how much you would get xxx
Find another job before quitting. It’s easier to get a job when you have a job x
The cut off is 23k so if he earns that by himself you won’t get help.. if it’s less you will xx
If your income is going to change from last year by more than £3000 I think it is now then your tax credits will change and use your new income I’ve done a change like that half way through a tax year and they just alter it and send a new award notice out.
If u quit you have put yourself out of work and therefore are not helped X
