I am sorry to bother you but please may i ask for a private post?

I posted Monday to ask for advice as my ex partner is taking me to court for access of our son. He said ‘its just to have it written up’ – please bare in mind he has access and i have never stopped this.

I was fed up with his threats so i called the court and asked if our names were in their systems and they confirmed they were and that the hearing is next Monday. 7 days notice.

I went to the court to collect the papers and he has lied in them completely and i have written proof of this.

I have asked for this to be a adjourned but this has been rejected.

I can not get a solicitor this quick and nor can i afford it.

I have no idea what to do or say. Do i write a statement?

I am shaking so much and to be honest suicide is on my mind.

It all turned pear shaped when he accused me of harrasing his girlfriend via phone. I didnt even know her name and i definitely did not have her number….

Sorry going a little off track.

What happens in court? What can i say in there?

Please can someone help me 🙁
