I have a 3year old girl and at the moment she refusing to go to bed only started being like this for a week now. Constantly kicking off when I tell her it’s time for bed, refusing to get in her own bed. I do lay down with her sometimes if she wants a cuddle while she sleeps. Bedtime story dont even work anymore But this past week its been nothing but tantrums, kicking n screaming in bed. I’m running out of ideas wondering if you could help x

Just put her to bed and sit outside her door and when she gets up say no back to bed now night go bak sit outside door if she continues to come out don’t speak to her just lift her put her bak into bed even if she comes out 10 times just keep putting her bak in. Seems awful but I defo works.. Good luck! Xx
