I missed my period this month took tests and 4 came back positive I’ve been bleeding 4 days now and belly and back so sore and docs out of hours ect says they can’t do nothing as I’d only be like 4 weeks pregnant so they wouldn’t be able to tell so They says. I’ve to do another test Monday.has anyone else been through this and miscarried? The pain is unreal x
