I need some advice if this post could be anonymous I would be thankful
Basically I’ve split up with my ex partner for just over 2 months now and we have a daughter who is 7 months old, things have gotten a bit out of hand as soon as I got InTouch with the child matenance and they said I’m intitle to 90 ish a monthso I tried to come to a reasonable amount with my ex but all he as going to offer me is 30 pounds a month and because I’ve decided to go through child matenance he is now only having his daughter between 6pm and 9am which is the time she goes to sleep is there anything I can do about it because he is not spending any time with her she is just sleeping and I would just like other people’s opinions please

Whilst u can go to court to arrange proper access u can’t force someone to parent so tbh not really hun he may realise soon the mistake he’s making I hope so x
