looking for some help my little girl is four and shes had a bad cought for a few hours now sounds like a dog barking and a high temp ive gven calpol and its took the temp fpwndown a little am waiting on a call back from nhs but can be three hours or more they are busy anyone know what else i can give her just now to help her with the cough?
