me and my ex baby dad got on really fine untill i found out i was pregnant he didnt want me to have the baby but i gave him a choice weather he wanted to stay or go and he stayed and we stayed together then just after i had my son he started to call me a fat cunt,im not pretty and things like this this went on for a long time always askibg were i was, who i was eith all the time, he threatens thats becuade the baby has the sane surname as him his going to take the baby and i cant do nothing welk this febuary he went to hit me abd the baby was there his done this on a number of occuasians but about 3 weeks ago he actually punched me in my back why i was holding my son so as i turnt around i caught him with my ginger tips on his face, so this week we had an argument becuase he wanted to come down on sunday and stay till when evrr i said no becuase we was busy he then went of on one calling me a bitch,cunt and god knows ehat else and then he said he was coming to get his son and nobody could do anything about this, so with this i then phoned the police and sociliters, my questiins is what happend now ive gave a statenent to the police ive phoned the solictors to try and get custdoy of my child but i dont know what to expect? will this go to court? im so petrified that when he finds out hes going to come to mine and take our son or kick off, we have locked all doors and windows and ive tried not to go out and have have had no contact with him since he was screaming at me sorry this is all over the place but my head is all over the place just need advice
