Please post private – I recently got engaged to my OH and he has a 4 year old child from a previous relationship. The mother of the child has said their son is not allowed to come to the wedding 😞 he has had to fight to see his son in the past so their relationship isn’t civil at the best of times. She has found our engagement tough and I think she’s acting out but I am concerned for my OH, he will be heartbroken if his son isn’t there. She said it’s because he won’t be able to look after his son properly during the wedding. I don’t know what to do.
