I stupidly made police issue a caution for my husband because of sleep deprivation ego and pride. He doesnt deserve it.
Now this is going to affect us financially and may lead to break my family with 7 months twin babies.
I want to apply for removal of caution. Any one got an idea how long will it take and how much it would cost.

He got cautioned for domestic violence. I thought they would give a verbal warning
Well its not a real slap, he did a pretend slap as i was provoking him to slap me and he provoked me to call the police which i promptly did 🙁
Now i got our family into a mess. This would affect hos work and us financially. Costly mistake heat of moment happened. Havent even thought wheher its a real one or not
I challenged him to “slap and face the consequences” and immediately rang 999 in the range. I instantly regretted but they did send the officersand they took him into custody had no chance return. Hasty decision

Sounds like you both need to grow up and stop wasting police time. If he hit you for real he deserves the caution and if he didnt, your an idiot.
You say the game was slap and face the consequences, well these are the consequences deal with it.
Will stay on his record… if under 21 will be removed depending on how serious it was when he’s 21. But you can’t get it removed.
If he admited it to the police then he would of had a caution happend to me 😭x
How can you make the police give a caution? Surely they’ll only give one if it’s deserved?
What did he get cautioned for? I’m sure the police would have investigated it in order to actually caution him?
