Hi, my daughter (3 at the end of this month) has had between 6 and 10 very loose poos a day for the past 4 days now and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. She’s perfectly fine in herself and eating and drinking normally. I’ve seen a pharmacist who said there’s nothing they, or doctors could give her as she’s too young. Any ideas on how to stop this, she’s getting so sore 😔 thank you x
