post please? my next door neighbours son (aged 3) has been screaming hysterically for about an hour now(his room next to mine). his parents are always drinkjng and smoking weed so im a bit concered. i cant bear to hear him crying like this. what would you do?

Knock on n if they give you shit knock them out take the kid n ring the police lol but od try knocking on first and then if it’s not helped ring the police or 111 for advice there might be a genuine reason but it is very late and is always hear my baby’s cry !!!
I’d call 101 for advice they might send one out to check everything ok and see y the child is been left so long crying
if it carries on longer then me personally would call the police station not emergency and explain your concerned & that they drink and take drugs ect and they will go round and check on his safety x
