Private post please..
Currently have a 2 year old and suffering from severe sciatica. Recovering from a slipped disc in lower back, caused from a long and hard labour, which has left me with sciatica in my leg and a large bulging disc. It’s causing a lot of pain and possibly going to need surgery to sort. Can anyone recommend any pain relief from sciatica or has anyone had a similar operation on their spine? Feeling a little apprehensive about spinal surgery. Thanks.
