My brother is taking over responsibility for his daughter from his ex wife as she cannot cope (with her agreement) He is organising things for his daughters change of school (different area) but they have asked for a letter of responsibility, they are still married and he’s named on the birth certificate any idea what he needs to take to prove responsibility? Thanks in advance

Birth certificate and might be a good idea to get a letter from there mum to say there goin to live with them hope this helps x
Birth certificate if he’s on it and some I’d from him , a letter from the mum if possible maybe or give them a ring and ask what he could bring xx
