Can any one tell me if it’s normal to be in agony while ovulating please?
I finished my last pack of pills, had a period that was late. It was ridiculously heavy. I lost some fleshy looking clumps. And was in a lot of pain. (Sorry tmi)
I then decided not to carry on with another pack after my 7 day break, due to the affect it has on my moods.
I’ve just put all my dates into a period tacking app and it says I’m due to ovulate tomorrow. I’m currently doubled over in pain on my left side. 😫

I get this! Every single month 😔 I have no idea if it’s normal or not but I started with it after stopping my pill about 8 months ago and it’s continued ever since.. I feel for you though because I know how bad it hurts xx

It could be an ovarian cyst as these appear around ovulation time as well. However, it can be normal to have a degree of pain around ovulation anyway. x
