Ppp I really need some advice regarding my 2 year old boy. Basically to cut a very long story short I have a feeling the judge in my case in family law court is going to make an order for my child’s father to see my child unsupervised. It is supervised at the moment by his family because of reasons of a sexual nature but it is my word against his. I feel they all believe him and not me. He is such a good liar but I am so concerned of my child safety. As a mother I am trying to do everything I can to protect him. What happens if the judge makes a court order to allow unsupervised access and I don’t comply with it? I can’t comply with it it can put my son in danger I’m worried sick. I’ve explained my side to the judge and social workers and a report was done and social workers took his side…Has anyone been in this situation before or have any advice for me? My solicitor isn’t much help to me. I’m based in Ireland
