Ppp …. I’ve been with my partner for 17 yrs 4 kids together and we’ve decided to split … he suffers with mental health aswel has drug problems which I’ve tried to get him to stop….he does absolutely nothing for us doesn’t help with kids etc it’s all been me doing everything. .. even tho we both decided it’s for the best to part I’m scared of being on my own we’ve never really been apart thru the whole 17 yrs has anyone ever been thru the same and if so have u any advice how to deal with this the best coz I’m just a broken mess atm and it isn’t fare on the kids seeing me like this 😦💔

Honestly as daft as it sounds just take 1 day at a time try not to dwell I know it’s easier said than done distract yourself take up a new hobby or start a project
