Ppp I’ve three boys with aspergers two youngest have ADHD too my middle son is very challenging I’ve just caught him trying to put vodka I had in my fridge in a water bottle to take out with his friends Im demented with him getting called into school about behaviour he is ten years old looks a lot older and very vunerable Hoping to get some advice I’m in my own with the boys with no support from there dad he’s in bed just now and going to stay with my mum and dad for a couple of days to give me a break

Go to GP/Consultant and insist on more help and advice. Tell them and school you have no help. You didn’t say if you get any support or if they are on any medication. ADHD is so frustrating, I have 2 boys who have severe symptoms and some other development issues. One thing I have learned, is that you need support and you have to keep on at everyone until you get it. You are doing the best you can, but there are limits you can achieve on your own, hope you get a decent break And more support. X

My son is 10 adhd asd he’s been taken out of school as school couldn’t manage him he is being home tutored now and it’s the best thing I’ve done. My son don’t sleep. I’ve grew up with my brother who has adha I also have it. I don’t have friends as it’s not worth the hassle it’s easier to stay in than go out. My house is like a war zone I don’t think ppl understand what us parents go through and how it affects the whole family emotionally and mentally there should be more support for the family and siblings
