Ppp.. Not baby related..This may not seem a serious question but it is.. but my only set of grandparents passed away over Christmas and New year just 2 weeks apart bless them.. they had been married over 60 years.. they was such a big part of mine and my daughter’s life’s spoke to my nan daily and saw them every week.. we are missing them so much and it has got me thinking.. would anyone know if there is any sort of scheme etc where you can visit elderly people who have no relatives or none close by.. as I feel they would benefit from having visitors and I would benefit also by giving up some of my time visiting them as the older generation are so interesting and wise and I love the discussing of the war days etc.. sorry if this seems like a strange post. TIA
