Ppp please.
Did anyone get sciatica from pregnancy? I had my daughter 5 years ago, and it was a traumatic back labour, I’ve had a bad back ever since. On Monday while getting out the car, my back just went and I couldn’t stand up straight.. I got home next minute found I couldn’t walk, lie down or anything, everything hurt.. I have to crawl to the toilet, and haven’t been able to do anything else since.. I’m still stuck on the sofa, crying in pain. It feels like something is lodged at the bottom of my back!
Before anyone says the obvious, go to the doctors.. I can’t, because I can’t even stand up as my right side of my body just collapses.
I’ve done everything I’ve been recommended to do by various healthcare people, but I’m now at breaking point š I’m only 22 and normally active during the day, so I’m finding really really hard.
I’d really appreciate any advice please, I don’t want my daughter seeing me like this anymore š
