anyone suffers from bad depression or self harm/suicide thoughts etc? Long story short, I used to self harm when I was 13 years old, I stopped at 17/18 years old then I got pregnant with my first. I have 3 kids now age 6, 3 and 1, I’m 26 now and all those years no matter what my urges were I always ignore it and be strong for my kids… until today I lost it. Feel incredibly depressed and honestly if it wasn’t for my kids I’d be long gone! Just so scared to go to the doctors. Anyone in the same boat and been to the doctors? Did social worker get involved especially with the self harm bit?? Please I just don’t know where to turn as right now all I’m thinking about is leaving a death note for my husband to find. I will ring my GP in the morning but really hoping it’s not as bad as I think from all of your experiences. Thank you xx

F feel the same everyday im woth you in this 100%😣 but keep strong hun for your kids and get the help…they cant get social involved unless they feel that your kids are at risk and even if they did then u would have nothink to worry about…social like to see that your getting the hwlp u need to be stronger for yohr kids…dont worry and seek help fast hun …hugs and kisses ….
