Advice please
Partner got offered a new job today but his current job is monthly pay so needs to give a months notice, which isn’t ideal because this new job needs asap starts,
Current work as a support worker have said that if he quits then he will have to pay for the month for someone else to do his shifts and will lose 5 weeks holiday pay
Any ideas? X
