Last week I found out I was pregnant! My husband and I had been trying for 8 months so very happy! I told my best friends and my boss at work as I had been exhausted and feeling sick and had to leave work early. My husband and I decided to surprise our family Xmas Eve (3 days later). We got my daughter to find baby presents and she gave one to my mum and one to my dad. They were really excited to find out I was pregnant and I got some great photos of their surprised faces. My dad, however, keeps going on about being the last to know! He’s spoken to my brother about it, to me and I’ve just heard hes mentioned it to people where he volunteers. I’m only 5 weeks pregnant, I havent announced it on FB, or told anyone else as we’re worried things might go wrong. My mum has told her friends (she did ask). And my dad is saying I have to tell my nan! It’s not that I don’t want people to know. I’m so worried things will go wrong as this baby is very much wanted (my first with my husband and my husband first biological child). When did everyone tell people? What shall I say to my dad? Should I have just told him straight away?
