private post please advise on my ex seeing my child (3) he sees him and stops seeing him is irregular about times and days can go weeks before seeing him, he has never stayed overnight never paid child maintenance and has since quit his job this is how unreliable he is although this is not really important. Child is happy to see him but sick to death of him being unreliable has just text askin for door number am presuming as has been mentionef mediation and court has been violent to me but tried to make it so child involved still what would court say as he obviously is unreliable. ?
