My wee Ines arm in the bend of it is all dry, can be red at times and crusty. She’s not irritated or bothered by it at all. Ive tried cool boiled water washing it a number of times a day as well it letting it air, and putting Sudocrem on it ( the sensitive one). It doesn’t seem to be going away although it seems a lot better. Anyone know what this could be? I have a GP appointment anyways.
